Albert believes that quality home care begins with listening, building trust, and treating people with dignity and respect. He works closely with the leadership team to support caregivers and strengthen services that help clients remain comfortable and independent in their homes. His goal is for every family to feel confident in the care their loved one receives.
Operations Manager
Shante Brown serves as Operations Manager at 1st Choice Home Care of SC, overseeing daily operations and supporting the team that makes dependable, personalized care possible. With a background in business management, accounting, and home care services, she brings organization, attention to detail, and a practical approach to helping the agency grow. Her focus is simple: helping clients and families feel supported while ensuring caregivers have the guidance and resources they need to provide compassionate care.

Dachea Little brings a cheerful spirit, a welcoming smile, and a genuine desire to help others to her role at 1st Choice Home Care of SC. She keeps daily operations moving smoothly by coordinating caregiver schedules, supporting families and staff, and assisting with onboarding and training.
